Northwest Psychology Group includes the independent practices of Dr. Alesha Muljat Bailey and Dr. Arianne Wallace
Dr. Muljat Bailey is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her PhD in clinical psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2011. She completed her clinical training in a variety of settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital, a university counseling center, a university-based child and parenting clinic, and several community health primary care medical clinics. Prior to private practice, Dr. Muljat Bailey worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant at HealthPoint for 9 years, where she served as a consultant to medical providers and provided psychotherapy to adolescent and adult patients in a community health primary care medical clinic. She has extensive experience treating adult and adolescent medical patients with co-occurring medical and psychological concerns (including reproductive health and perinatal concerns), providing consultation to medical providers in a medical setting, and conducting psychological evaluations. Dr. Muljat Bailey served for many years as a Mental Incapacity Evaluator for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services where she conducted psychological evaluations and psychological testing. Her most recent training and interests include family building, infertility and reproductive health, pregnancy, perinatal loss, third-party reproduction, postpartum adjustment, early parenting support, families of multiples, and stress and anxiety management. Grounded in cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches, her goals in working with clients are to provide a supportive and empathic environment where clients may safely explore feelings, goals, and values, learn effective coping skills to alleviate distress and increase functioning, and become empowered to create meaningful life change. In her personal time, Dr. Muljat Bailey enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest's parks, forests, and beaches, and spending time with her partner, two children (twins), extended family, and friends.

Dr. Wallace is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her PhD in clinical psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2009. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and a post-doctoral fellowship at Seattle Children’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit. Prior to private practice, most recently Dr. Wallace was the Clinical Director of the Bernier Lab at the Center on Human Development and Disability at the University of Washington. She provided psychological assessments of neurodevelopmental disorders and treatment recommendations to individuals and families with rare genetic events and co-occurring medical and psychological diagnoses.
Dr. Wallace has extensive experience in psychological assessment and therapy with individuals of all ages. Her specific interests include reproductive health and fertility, pregnancy, perinatal loss, recurrent miscarriage, postpartum adjustment and mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders including autism and intellectual disability, and rare genetic events. Utilizing primarily cognitive-behavioral therapies, her work is based in biopsychosocial, solution-focused, and strength-based models that emphasize a holistic perspective, support, self-care, empowerment, and sustainable change. Her approach to the therapeutic relationship is collaborative and focuses on genuineness and open communication. Her goal is to create a safe and compassionate place for you to focus on health and well-being. In her spare time, Dr. Wallace enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, singing, attending concerts, photography, hiking to waterfalls, and traveling with her family.
